The story board is for a sequence called 'Redclay' and was posted on the same day as the first storyboard by a similarly named flickr user (JonahHexStoryBoard).

Both the story boards have the date 11.03.2008 on the cover so it appears that this storyboard has come from Neveldine and Taylor too.

The first storyboard, which was posted to flickr user JonahHexStoryBoard's stream is for the opening sequence of the movie.

Interestingly, the profile of the user gives the names Neveldine & Taylor which obviously refers to Jonah Hex movie writers Mark Neveldine and Brian Taylor.

Of course we can't tell whether these storyboards have been used in the movie, but the comic style of the storyboards is attractive enough anyway.
